“I have to say first of all that I hate going to the Dentist. However, today I had to go for my cleaning and for the first time I had hygienist, Griffin. For the first time in many many years, I came out of the office with a smile on my face (even through the mask you could tell :)). Griffin was not only gentle but he was so precise and careful I didn’t feel a thing. The Girls in the front desk know how hard I am to please, but WOW I have to give a Shout-Out to Griffin, he did amazing. Keep up the GREAT work!”

“By far the BEST Dentist I have ever been too. As I arrived for my appointment they literally had a rolled out red carpet for me (and the other clients). The staff was amazingly friendly and courteous. As I waited for my appointment they offered me a glass of wine, beer or Champagne. I chose the beer. My next appointment I came in 15 minutes early just for the beer! The chairs in the back are comfortable massage tables so you are literally getting an automatic massage the whole time they are working on your teeth. I also got to watch my favorite TV shows as well. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family and anyone in need of a Dentist!”

“I’ve had severe anxiety overseeing a dentist due to a negative wisdom tooth removal experience 20+ years ago. Thanks to Dr. Potts and his amazing staff, I’m not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. Dr. Potts’ calm demeanor and utmost professionalism put my mind at ease. I was really scared of getting my Novocain shot – but I didn’t feel a thing!! After the shot, I relaxed and watched the flat screen TV on the ceiling while Dr. Potts and his assistant fixed two front chipped teeth. The experience was absolutely painless and my teeth look brand new. Not only is Dr. Potts a skilled dentist, his state-of-the-art office is beautiful! Upon my arrival, I received complimentary coffee and almond Biscotti. Dr. Potts offers a “menu” of complimentary drinks and treats to patients, including wine, beer and champagne! My experience with Dr. Potts was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Now, I’m enjoying telling all my friends and colleagues about Dr. Potts :)”

“We had to change when our insurance changed and our current dentist, in Thousand Oaks, was no longer included in our coverage. We looked around and talked to friends, and one person suggested MCD in Moorpark, CA. We were a bit apprehensive at first, because hey, this is a dentist, but they are really great. They are friendly and explain everything that’s going on in your mouth in a clear manner. I’ve since had two fillings and two cleanings (ask for Sabrina, she’s great!) and I am very happy with the change. If you are in the Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, or Moorpark area, you should check them out. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.”

“I love Dr. Zachary Potts office and staff!

I recently took advantage of their “New Patient Special” and teeth whitening and I must say it was the best dental appointment I’ve EVER had. Patty & Jessica, who work in the front office, were so welcoming and enthusiastic upon my visit. Previous to visiting Dr. Zachary Potts, another dentist recommended gum grafting for my slightly receding gums and other major work which was discouraging for me because I’ve never had a cavity in my life and take very good care of my teeth. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. Dr. Potts educated me on corrective care and provided me with much more affordable and noninvasive options. Dr. Potts’ assistant Samantha (I believe) was so sweet and understanding with my requests as well. And Michelle, the hygienist was very gentle & did a great job too. My visit was very comfortable and pleasant! I’m beyond thankful Dr. Pott’s wonderful staff; his honesty, knowledge and talent.
