It’s that time of year again! Every time the holidays roll around, many of us are often tempted to overindulge on all those sugary sweets.
Everything from candy canes to chocolate cake, temptation seems to be everywhere you turn! So how do you keep your teeth healthy when all these sweets are threatening to rotten your teeth?

Brush at least once a day. Twice is ideal, but if it’s a choice between morning and night, pick nighttime to rid your mouth of all the germs it has accumulated throughout the day.
Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. It’s not only good for overall health, but your dental health as well because it washes away all the sugars and bacteria from the food you eat.
Pick a holiday-themed toothpaste so it will make you look forward to brushing. It may even encourage you to brush at least twice a day!
