At Moorpark Center for Dentistry, our dentists and dental team believe in not only providing top-notch dental care but also in giving back to the local community whenever possible. One of our main goals is to provide those in need with dental care they are not able to obtain for themselves. To achieve our goal, we regularly donate our time and resources to the charitable organizations below.
Smiles from the Heart
Mark your calendars for June 6, 2025 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. This is the day when we give back to a community that has been so wonderful to us.
Each year, our team at Moorpark Center for Dentistry partners with the Free Clinic of Simi Valley, along with local volunteers, to provide free dental care to approximately 100-150 patients each year. These are patients who are in a bad financial situation and/or don’t have dental insurance and can’t afford necessary dental care. We provide free exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, and extractions at these events. Patients are seen on a first-come-first serve basis and may choose one of the dental services FREE (cleaning, filling, or extraction)! The first 75 patients are guaranteed to be seen. Must be 18 years or older.
The event takes place at our office at 4217 Tierra Rejada Road, Moorpark, CA, 93021.
An average event provides around $40,000 in free dental care. To Dr. Potts and our team, these are the best, most emotionally rewarding days of the year. Call us at 805.719-7461 for more details or to find out when our next event will be!
